General conditions of sale

The offer for sale of the products on the website is governed by the current General Conditions of Sale. The client is therefore required before making a purchase to carefully read the current conditions. A subsequent purchase implies that said conditions as well as those specific to the order have been fully understood and accepted. The Client is kindly requested once the purchase has been made on-line to print and keep a copy in a safe place of the order and General Conditions of Sale which have been read and accepted. pmay modify the current General Conditions of Sale at any time. The Client will be asked to accept only those Conditions of Sale valid at the time of purchase. The new General Conditions of Sale will become valid from their date of publication on the website and to orders made from that date.


The Client is identified by the details supplied when filling in the order form with the associated acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale cited above. In accepting these conditions of Sale the client exonerates the seller from any responsibility derived from the issuing of erroneous financial statements caused by errors in completing the on-line order correctly, as the client is the unique person responsible for the correct entering of his/her financial details.


The products for sale on the site are those presented in the site catalogue. Fil@home may modify the content of its catalogue without prior warning at any time, to remove or add products or to alter prices.


All the products on sale at are entirely hand made and therefore may have tiny defects or irregularities characteristic of such items. This adds both to their value and determines their authenticity.


All prices and postage are in euro and include VAT. The price charged is always and only that indicated on the website at the time the order is made via Internet. Product prices and postage and delivery costs may vary without warning. Please check final prices before ordering. All products are sent directly from Italy. Please note that product prices and costs of postage and delivery indicated on the website and in your order, other than when specified, should be understood to not include possible eventual charges by customs and other taxes incurred when goods are sent to non – EU Countries or to countries where import taxes are charged.

These costs are therefore the responsibility of the Client and should be paid on delivery of the product according to the instructions specified in the confirmation of the order.


It’s possible to order in two ways from

  • Choose a product and put it in your cart by clicking on "Add to cart " and proceed with your on-line payment;
  • You may prefer to contact me directly via e-mail specifying your request. Once I’ve confirmed its availability, price and postage and packing you can pay by bank transfer.

Fulfilment of orders, postage and delivery times

If we have the products in our warehouse your order will be sent out in 1-2 working days. For orders which need to be made up as required times will vary from 2-3 to 10 working days depending on fabric availability.

We use Poste Italiane and GLS for delivery.

Delivery times within Italy are usually from 2-4 working days depending on destination. Your order can be traced on-line once it has been sent. You will be notified of the courier code in order to trace your order’s progress on-line. cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery or breach of responsibility by the courier.


On you can pay in total confidence on-line by credit card using Paypal. Paypal authorises your card and notifies us of a debit made. For maximum security does not have your bank details, which are only held in total privacy by Paypal.

You can also pay by bank transfer. Please specify on the bank transfer your order number and make it payable to "fil@home di Cécile Jullien". Your goods will be sent on receipt of the bank transfer which should be made within five days from your order (your order will be cancelled if payment is not received within five days of your order). Returns and Reimbursement

You may return your order within 10 working days from the delivery date.

This right is not available for goods which have been damaged by the customer.

Your returned purchase should be sent via registered post (signed-for delivery) within 10 working days from delivery . Please address your returned goods to:

The registered package should also contain the following:

  • declaration of your wish to return the goods
  • original receipt of payment
  • in case of partial returns please indicate the returned article
  • bank details of the current account where you wish to reimburse you.

Your account will be credited as quickly as possible, within 30 days from receipt of the returned goods. After we have received and checked your returned purchase you will receive an e-mail in confirmation of our receipt. If your purchase was made via debit or credit card please note that the time taken to visualise your reimbursement will depend on the issuing bank for your debit/credit card.


Please note made-to measure or personalised goods purchased on-line cannot be returned.
